A Boutique With A Mission
A curated boutique owned by homeless women offering handpicked second hand clothing
Building Opportunity, One Woman at a Time
At Second Chance Mission, we are building real jobs and independance from inside a women’s shelter in Pasco, Washington. Through our boutique, women will earn real wages above minimum wage while gaining work experience. Our Artisan Corner will give talented women a space to sell their handmade work, and every part of our mission is designed to provide skills, income, and pathways to independance.

Our Story
My name is Deborah, founder of Second Chance Mission. I’m building this mission from an unlikely place — while living in a women’s shelter in the Tri-Cities, Washington. From the inside, one thing became clear: traditional employment simply doesn’t work for many women in shelters. Transportation barriers, strict schedules, and daily requirements make steady jobs nearly impossible.Second Chance Mission is a different path forward — a curated resale boutique, currently in development, where women will earn real income, gain work experience, and rebuild independence.Alongside this, our Artisan Corner will give women a space to turn creativity into income at their own pace. This mission is being built now — from the ground up, from the inside out.
